45-year-old man Hacked to Death at Tannirbavi
Mangaluru: A 45-year-old man was hacked to death at Tannirbavi here on January 22.
The deceased has been identified as Shivaraj (45), a resident of Bokkapatna, Bengre.
According to primary reports Shivaraj was found dead at Tannirbavi on January 22. It is suspected to be a case of murder.
According to the police, On January 22, in between 4:30 to 5:00 am, three unknown persons barged into Shivaraj’s house and hacked him to death. Shivaraj was rushed to A J Hospital where he was declared dead.
It is suspected to be a case of rivalry. Shivaraj’s brother Bharatesh is a rowdy- sheeter and had a quarrel with a person in the locality. It is learnt that the killing is related to local dispute and differences with hostile persons of the locality.
