Attractive KSCC Indian Pavilion at Fashunity-3 Exhibition 2018
UAE: Karnataka Sports and Cultural Club wholeheartedly participated in the spectacular event Fashunity – 3.
The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Islamic Culture launched Fashunity-3 Exhibition, an event in Celebration for the YEAR of Zayed 2018 on Thursday, March 22 at Al Mamzar Park, Dubai. The 3-day exhibition of modesty and culture of 17 countries was exhibited in Dubai to showcase their culture and heritage.
Karnataka Sports and Cultural Club (KSCC), a social club registered with the Community Development Authority (CDA), Government of Dubai, UAE set up the ‘Indian Pavilion’ with the theme of “Year of Zayed” showcased the physical features of India with traditional articles, food, and souvenirs of famous landmarks and attractions of the UAE and India.
Indian Pavilion was inaugurated by Jasim Mohammad Al Khasraji, Acting Executive Director of IACAD. The Indian pavilion was beautifully designed by KSCC, where children wearing traditional dress indicating the different cultures of India welcomed the visitors.
‘Fashunity’ is aimed to revive various cultures and remind people of their origin while in the UAE, a melting pot of diverse cultures. The diversity of the Emirates includes people from the Philippines, China, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Krygystan, Morocco, Poland, Sudan, UAE, Mexico, Peru, Ukraine, Pakistan, Ecuador, China, and other countries.
KSCC thanks the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department for considering and giving an opportunity to KSCC to be a part of the unique event. KSCC also thanks the visitors and members for their appreciation and dedicated participation throughout the event.
