Oops! CM Siddaramaiah falls off from Chair-Suffers Minor Head Injury

Mysuru: According to reports coming from Mysuru, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah who was seated on a chair attending a luncheon hosted by one of the party leader’s at his residence, fell off the chair and suffered a minor head injury. But his injuries were not life-threatening, and he is perfectly fine now-but his fall did a panic bunch of party workers who had gathered there.

It is learnt that CM Siddaramaiah had been in Chamundeshwari Constituency-Mysuru campaigning for the forthcoming election since last five days- and after day’s campaigning had joined one of his party leader’s house for lunch in Mavinahalli-Mysiuru. Unfortunately, while CM was seated next to two of his friends-one a politician and other a lawyer, he slipped and fell off from the chair, and luckily resulting in only minor head injuries.

In the meantime, his security personnel who were close by, quickly rushed to help him, including CM’s son Yathindra, a doctor by profession, after getting the news also immediately came to help his dad. Since it was slight head injury, CM got back to his campaigning spree after lunch. On Tuesday, CM left for Bengaluru, where he met National Congress President Rahul Gandhi, who had come on a tour to campaign for the forthcoming elections.

It is also learnt that reaching Bengaluru, CM Siddaramaiah visited Vikram Hospital in Bengaluru for a scan and was soon discharged after finding out there was no internally harm done to his head due to the fall. But he was advised by the doctors at the hospital to undergo regular check-up.
