Rider killed in bus-bike Collision at Yerapadi
Karkala: A bike rider was killed in a collision involving his bike and a private bus at Yeralpadi Shanthi Palke cross in Karkala Taluk on May 14.
The deceased has been identified as Sathish Shetty a resident of Jarkala of Karkala Taluk.
According to the police the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon when the Sathish Shetty was proceeding in his bike to Jarkala from Karkala when he collided with a private bus coming from the opposite direction. Seriously injured Sathish Shetty was rushed to the hospital but breathed his last on the way.
A case has been registered in Karkala Police Station.
