Builder’s House Burgled, Watchman and Housemaid Decamp with Cash
According to the police, the builder Narasimha had employed a housemaid and a watchman recently. In the evening on July 2, Narasimha along with his family went out to meet their relatives. When they came back in the night, they were shocked to see the house was burgled. When they entered the house and checked the CCTV footage, they found that the employees had burgled their house and decamped with cash.
According to the CCTV footage, Jyothi and Shiva, who were working as housemaid and watchman respectively, committed the crime at around 6:15 pm along with 4 others. They broke open the door by using a sharp object, entered the house and decamped with cash.
Both Jyothi and Shiva were staying in the outhouse and when Narasimha was out with his family, both committed the crime along with another four persons.
A case has been registered in the Kavoor police station. Fingerprint experts and a canine squad also arrived at the spot for further investigations.
Okay now first of all let’s blame the employees who stole the money and other valuables things- but on the other hand why would anyone keep over Rs 18 lakhs in the house.
Fully agree with Alfie D’souza. Possible that these culprits have been watching the builder handling big amounts and keeping the cash at home, which off course is not safe with current situations.
