CM has only 8 months to Rule, BJP will come back to Power – Yeddyurappa during BJP Protest Meet

Mangaluru: The District BJP Mahila Morcha held a protest meet at the Town Hall here on July 13. District BJP Mahila Morcha president Pooja Pai welcomed the gathering.

Addressing the gathering Capt Ganesh Karnik said, “Stone pelting is in their blood. They pelt Stones everywhere, they did not even spare the dead body. When They pelted stones on the police jeep and Swamiji’s car but those who have been booked under section 307 were not present at the stone pelting spot. The police have not book cases against those who had pelted stones. Why the discrimination against Hindu leaders and community? It is our mistake to have elected Siddaramaiah as our Chief Minister. For vote bank, the CM has announced various schemes for the minorities. We need to protest against the government for discriminating the Hindu community. Dr Prabhakar Bhat is a hard-core Hindu leader, Ramanath Rai should be arrested for taking the law into his hands. Rai has challenged Sadananda Gowda and Shobha to contest in his constituency. We will accept it and give a befitting reply.”

Addressing the gathering Yeddyurappa said, “The shameless state government has blocked the cable TV news relay so that no one can hear our speeches at the protest meet. This is the worst government, we cannot find another government like this. MP Shobha and MP Nalin challenged the state government to arrest them. Sharath was brutally murdered and we cannot expect justice from the CM, Ramanath Rai and U T Khader. Ramanath Rai has challenged Shobha and DVS to contest against him and win the elections. We have accepted CM’s challenge and we will field a booth level party worker to contest against Rai and see that he will win the elections. The CM had come to Mangaluru for the Congress convention and section 144 was relaxed to facilitate the programme, but announcing the death of Sharath was delayed for 20 hours until the CM had left .”

Yeddyurappa further said, “Sharath’s father said that his wish was to donate his son’s eyes but the hospital authorities did not tell us about Sharath’s death. In the district, 24 youth have been killed. After Siddaramaiah came to power, the killings of Hindu youth have increased. The All India Congress Committee In-charge of Karnataka K C Venugopal is trying to make Karnataka like Kerala, but the Congress has only 8 to 9 months left to remain in power. After 9 months we will come to power. In Dakshina Kannada and Udupi, RSS workers are ready to sacrifice their life. If CM has the courage let him give a free hand to the police. The police have booked MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Shobha for taking part in Sharath’s funeral procession.”

Yeddyurappa also said, “CM has ordered to arrest Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat. If the CM has guts let him arrest Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat. People of the district has the capacity to decided what is good and bad. For any reason, we will not allow the innocent to be arrested. The Congress government led by Siddaramaiah has looted the state treasury. KFD and PFI should be banned immediately. If all the mothers join hands the CM will see Chamundi in you. The CM wants to arrest Prabhakar Bhat, Nalin Kumar and Shobha Karandlaje. We will hold a convention where 3 to 4 lakh people will participate and we will invite Rajnath Singh from Delhi to attend the convention.”

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP Shobha Karandlaje, Capt Ganesh Karnik, Krishna J Palemar, Yogish Bhat Sulochana Bhat, Meenakshi Shanthigodu, MLA Angara and others were also present.
