Kundapur: Independent MLA Haladi Srinivas Shetty filed a complaint against underworld don Ravi Poojary in the Shankernarayana Police Station here on May 25.
According to sources on May 25, Haladi Srinivas Shetty received a call from in the name of Underworld don Ravi Poojary demanding a hefty amount. When Haladi Srinivas refused, he was threatened with life.
Immediately Srinivas Shetty went to the Shankernarayana police station and filed a complaint against Ravi Poojary. A case has been registered under crime 319/12 – 507 IPC, in the Shankernarayana Town Police station.
