Mangalore November 1, 2009: The Poise beauty house was inaugurated today, 1st November, 2009 at 11.00 a.m. at PAM Arcade, Shop No. 8 Near Infosys, next to Krishna Mandir, Kottara, Mangalore. Mrs. Rajani Dugganna (Deputy Mayor, Mangalore City Corporation) inaugurated the salon by cutting the ribbon. Mrs. Mariyamma Thomas (Corporator, Mangalore CIty Corporation) along with Mrs. Rajani Dugganna, Mrs. Roop Rekha Anchan & Mrs. Pramila Rebello (Partners, Poise Beauty House) lit the traditional lamp. Mrs. Mariyamma Thomas inaugurated the facial section of the parlor by cutting the ribbon.

Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Rajani Dugganna said that the Poise beauty parlour  was equipped with modern equipments which was important for giving quality service.  "Beauty and intelligence were two qualities of women which have to be honed. By looking beautiful women can be more confident which will help them achieve more in life. They feel empowered when they look beautiful she said. She urged the ladies to make use of the beauty therapies offered by Poise.

Mrs. Mariyamma Thomas Corporator and social leader on this occasion in her speech said, "Women in a society are considered as a provider. They give life and protect it. They dedicate their entire life to their families at the cost of their own health and security. It becomes the duty of the society to take care of her, in these times of modernity and commercialism, care and health is offered by the beautician and health specialist which service ladies should use and look more beautiful, radiant and healthy to take better care of herself and her family. Women should be presentable in the society which increases their chances of success she said.
