MANGALORE April 27: Celebrity actress Shilpa Shetty's visit to Temple town Kateel, 37 kms from here, turned out to be a nightmare for local reporters on Thursday.

Shilpa Shetty who arrived with her mother Sunanda Shetty and actress sister Shamitha Shetty at the temple in the evening paid an annual fee of Rs 1,000 for regular sevas and prasadam.

Reporters who attempted to corner her for a reaction to the arrest warrant issued by a Jaipur court in the Gere kissing case, received a volley of abuses from the actress. She chided the reporters for asking ‘such questions’ inside the temple premises.
