Needing help at that moment the Trust member informed the Managing Trustee of Parivarthan about the incident. Immediately the managing trustee reached the spot and informed the members present to proceed to Bunder Police station to file a complaint. Taking an auto-rickshaw they headed towards Bunder Police station, but they were waylaid by the other group members, and Nayana, a member of the Trust was attacked.

The Bunder police directed them to file the complaint at the Pandeshwar Police station since the place of assault was not under their jurisdiction. When Parivarthan members were in the Pandeshwar police station filing a complaint, members of the other Sangha also arrived. After the intervention of the managing trustee of Parivarthan, negotiations were held and both groups decided to compromise with an assurance that they would not attack one another in future. The Parivarthan Trust was recently launched to help the transgenders to transform and get them into the mainstream in the society so that they are looked upon and treated as normal human beings.

The members of both the groups were explained by the Trustee about the negative impact on them if they indulge in fights and their attitude in public places. Very much motivated and convinced, both the groups agreed to live in unity and not to take the law into their hands- and if they did get into a fight in future they will face stern action with punishment as per the law, for which they all agreed.

As a prevention of any more future fights, Navasahaja Sahaya Alpasankyatara Sangha president Nikhil alias Praveen and Secretary Sanjana of Parivarthan signed the undertaking in the Pandeshwar police station. Around 12 midnight both the group members shook hands, communicated with each other in a friendly manner, and left the police station happy and relieved.
