Two Men Assaulted in Kuloor and Suratkal, One Critical
Mangaluru: In two different incidents, two men were attacked by unidentified persons at Suratkal and Kuloor here on January 3.
The injured have been identified as Basheer (45) from Kavoor and Mubashir (23) from Bunder
Speaking to mangalorean.com Social activists and Youth Leader Suhail Kandak said, “On January 3, Mubashir had gone to Suratkal from Bunder to return the vehicle he was using. When he was returning from Suratkal he was assaulted with weapons by unidentified persons”.
Mubashir was rushed to Unity Hospital with the help of the locals. His condition is said to be stable.
In another case, Basheer who was running a fast food outlet at Kottara Chowki was assaulted with weapons by unidentified persons who barged into the shop. Basheer who was severely wounded on the head was shifted to A J Hospital. His condition is said to be critical.
Cases have been registered in the Suratkal and Kuloor police station.
