109 Persons Test Positive for Coronavirus in Udupi District
Udupi: 109 Coronavirus positive cases have been reported in Udupi district on July 16, taking the total number of positive cases to 1895.
All the 109 persons are shifted to the designated COVID hospital for further treatment.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 428. So far, 1462 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and eight persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district.
