126 Persons Test Positive For Coronavirus in Udupi District on September 13
Udupi: According to the district health bulletin, 126 persons have tested positive for the Coronavirus in Udupi on September 13 taking the total number of positive cases in the district to 14038.
Among the 126 new cases, 53 are from Udupi, 47 from Kundapur, 20 from Karkala, and 6 from other districts.
As of now, 305 throat swab samples are pending for results, 2019 samples were sent for testing on September 13 and 2039 samples were tested negative. A total of 71749 swab samples out of the 86092 have tested negative for the coronavirus.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 1732. So far, 12176 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and 130 persons have succumbed to COVID-19.
