Chennai, Nov 21 (IANS) Indian Super League (ISL) football club Chennaiyin FC on Saturday replaced their goalkeeper Nidhinlal with Pawan Kumar.
Nidhinlal, who plays for Mumbai FC in the I-League, has been ruled out for the second season of the tournament due to an injury.
“Pawan Kumar had earlier joined the club as a temporary one match replacement for Karanjit Singh. With Nidhinlal being ruled out of the season, Chennaiyin FC have signed Pawan for the rest of ISL 2015,” an ISL statement said.
