Sad that a young boy dies under the wheels of the truck. Drive on Mangalore roads and look at how the Rickshaw drivers drive. They drive like they have emergency appointment at Hospital. They do not even stop for Human Crossing lines when People cross. Instead they Zig Zag in between People crossing as People get panicked thinking who will get hit by that Rickshaw. This is the time all should get the vehicle number and call Police Control Room 0824-222-0800 as I always do. Joe
