170 Persons Test Positive For Coronavirus in Udupi Dist on July 26
Udupi: According to the district health bulletin, 170 persons have tested positive for the Coronavirus in Udupi on July 26, taking the total number of positive cases to 3388.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 1241. So far, 2133 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and 15 persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district.
As of now, 564 throat swab samples are pending for results, 912 samples were sent for testing on July 26. On July 26, 706 samples were tested negative. So far, a total of 24335 swab samples out of the 28287 have tested negative for the coronavirus.
