17,315 First PUC Students to Answer Examinations on Feb 25 – ADC Kumar
Mangaluru: “The Pre-university examinations will go on as usual. There is no bandh in the district. Buses will ply the streets and all necessary measures have been taken for the smooth functioning of the examinations on February 25,” said Additional commissioner Kumar in a press release on February 24.
The Sangh Parivar has called for a voluntary bandh on February 25, against the visit of Kerala Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan to Mangaluru. There are rumours that there will be problems to commute to college or work. But the district administration and the police department has taken all the measures to maintain the law and order situation in the district.
“In DK district 17,315 students from 124 colleges, will appear for the first year PUC examinations which will begin on February 25. Students who are answering the PUC examinations are requested to reach their respective colleges on February 25, without any fear. All the organizations and the public should co-operate with the students”, ADC Kumar said.
