190 Persons Test Positive For Coronavirus in Udupi Dist on July 24
Udupi: According to the district health bulletin, 190 persons have tested positive for the Coronavirus in Udupi on July 24, taking the total number of positive cases to 3036.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 1096. So far, 1929 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and 13 persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district.
As of now, 611 throat swab samples are pending for results, 413 samples were sent for testing on July 24. On July 24, 265 samples were tested negative. So far, a total of 23136 swab samples out of the 26783 have tested negative for the coronavirus.
