23-year-old youth stabbed at Doddangudde
Manipal: A 23-year-old youth was stabbed by unidentified miscreants while he was returning after Namaz at Doddangudde near Manipal on Friday, January 3 night.
The injured youth has been identified as Rafeeq (23). The condition of the victim is said to be critical.
According to police sources, Rafeeq was involved in clashes with some of the youth of Kadekar in regard to car rental. On Friday night while Rafeeq was returning home after finishing the Namaz, miscreants who arrived on a bike stabbed Rafeeq and fled from the spot. Rafeeq was rushed to the Manipal Hospital and condition is said to be critical.
A case has been registered in the Udupi Town Station.
