26-year-old Photographer dies in Bike-Tipper accident at Trasi
Kundapur: A 26-year-old Photographer was killed in bike and Tipper accident on NH 66 near the Petorl Bunk at Trasi here on Tuesday, November 1.
The deceased has been identified Rajesh Poojary (26) son of Narayana Poojary resident of Kundeshwar, near Kundeshwar Temple Kundapur. He was a photographer by profession in Kundapur.
According to the police reports, Rajesh Poojary on his way to Kundapur from Trasi, a Tipper all of a sudden entered the highway from the bypass. Rajesh Poojary lost control of his motorbike which collided with the Tipper. Rajesh sustained severe head injuries and died on the spot.
The Gangolli police have registered a case of rash and negligent driving, against the Tipper driver.
Rajesh Poojary is survived by his father, mother and two younger sisters. The body has been sent to the Kundapur Government Hospital for post-mortem.

This NH66 from Trashi to Mangalore is the most hazardous road designed and being constructed from donkey’s years with no completion in sight!
