26-year-old Youth Absconding from Court Warrant Arrested after 4 Years by Konaje Police
Mangaluru: 26-year-old Abdul Salam hailing from Pallam House, Kasaragod, Kerala, who had various cases registered against him Konaje Police Station No 39/2018 Col.379, 392, 307, 411, 414 IPC; and also Case No 68/2018 Col 379 and 4, 5. 7, 8, 9 11 and 12 regarding illegal Cattle trafficking, among others, and was absconding from Court Warrant for 4 years, was arrested by Konaje Police on Sunday, 3 March 2024., in the Ullal Taluq Natekal vicinity.
The operation was conducted under the direction of Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal, along with DCP (Law & Order) Siddharth Goyal, DCP (Crime & Traffic) Dinesh Kumar, among other police personnel of Konaje police station, including SI Ms Dhanya N Naik.
The accused was produced before the Court, and the judge has ordered his judicial custody, while police are doing further investigation.
