26-year-old youth Shoots Mother for Advising him not to Consume Alcohol
New Delhi: In a tragic incident, a 26-year-old youth killed his mother shooting her in the eye in the Bawana area, North Delhi here on July 3.
According to the police, on July 2 late night Suraj came home drunk. His 60-year-old mother scolded him for coming home late being drunk. She also advised him not to consume alcohol every day as it was bad for his health. Suraj in a fit of rage shot her in the left eye.
The police were informed, and the woman was shifted to the hospital, but doctors declared her brought dead.
The police have arrested the accused and seized the weapon from his possession.
Police have registered a case against Suraj and investigation is on.
