28-year-old Bank Employee Commits Suicide
Puttur: A 28-year-old Bank employee committed suicide by hanging to the roof at his house at Palambe Nidvalli village here on June 13.
The deceased has been identified as Harish Poojary (28), a resident of Palambe Nidvalli village, Puttur.
According to sources, Harish Poojary was the owner of Hosamma Home Products at Pallathadka, he was working in the ICICI Bank Puttur Branch. On June 13, early morning Harish hanged himself to the roof of his house when his mother who was staying with him had gone out on some work. Harish Poojary’s father and brother are working for Hosamma Home products and are residing at Pallathadka.
The reason for Harish taking the extreme step is yet to be ascertained. The Sampya police have lowered the body and sent it to the Hospital in Deralakatte for post mortem.
A case has been registered in the Sampya police station.
