28-year-old Youth Stabbed to Death in Malpe
Udupi: A 28-year-old youth was stabbed to death by a gang over a petty issue in Laxminagar near Thenkanidiyoor under the Malpe Police Station limits on Monday, July 6 late night.
The deceased has been identified as Yogish Poojary, a resident of Laxminagar, Thenkanidiyoor.
According to primary reports by the Malpe police, a gang of 5-6 members had a fight with Yogish Poojary over a petty business issue, following which the gang stabbed Yogish Poojary and fled from the spot. Yogish Poojary was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately breathed his last on the way.
A case is registered in the Malpe Police Station and investigation is on.
