29-year-old Jobless Youth Ends Life
Padubidri: A 29-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging himself in his room on June 26, late night.
The deceased has been identified as Arnold D’Souza (29) from Maniyoor, Padubidri.
According to sources, Arnold was working in the Gulf and had returned to his home town last year. After coming back from the Gulf, he was working in a canteen in Kaup.
During the lockdown, Arnold lost his job and was working in a farm. On June 26, Arnold had food and went to sleep. On June 27, he was found hanging in his room.
A case has been registered in Padubidri police station, and the investigation is on.
