40-year-old Mother and Teen Daughters Commit Suicide
Bengaluru: A 40-year-old mother along with her two teen daughters committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling of the house at Kalappa Badavane, Srinagar Bengaluru here on August 11.
The deceased have been identified as Rajeshwari (40), her daughters Manasa (17) and Bhoomika (15) from Srinagar, Bengaluru.
Rajeshwari was a housemaker from Mandya and her husband is working in the KEB as security. Both Siddappa and Rajeshwari had family problems and used to fight regularly.
According to sources, on August 10 night Rajeshwari and her husband Siddappa had a fight. After the fight, Siddappa left the house and went to his home town Mandya. On August 11, Siddappa called his wife Rajeshwari but there was no response from her so Siddappa informed his relatives to check what was wrong. When the relatives went to Rajeshwari’s house, it was locked from inside. When they peeped from the window, they found all the three hanging to the ceiling.
Hanumathnagar police lower the bodies and sent them for post-mortem. A case has been registered in the Hanumanthnagar Police Station and investigation is on.
