43-year-old man raises Pro-Pak slogans in Kundapur
Kundapur: A 43-year-old man was taken into custody by the Kundapur Police for allegedly shouting pro-Pakistan slogans at the Mini Vidhana Soudha here on Monday, March 2.
The alleged incident took place on Monday morning at the Kundapur Mini Vidhana Soudha.
Raghavendra Ganiga (43) resident of Kundapur Kodi shouted Pakistan Zindabad at Kundapur Mini Vidhana Soudha.
After getting the information, Kundapur Town PSI Harish Naik rushed to the spot and took Raghavendra into custody. According to primary reports, it is learnt that Raghavendra Ganiga is mentally unstable.
Speaking to media Hariram Shanker DySP Kundapur said as per preliminary inquiry t seems the person who was involved in the incident at Taluk Panchayat is undergoing medical treatment for mental illness. Our officials were interrogating to him, he said
