49-year-old Woman Missing from Bantwal, Suicide Suspected
Bantwal: A 49-year-old woman has gone missing from Subhash Nagar, Sajipa Mooda since July 11.
According to the family members on July 10, Gopi had dinner and went to sleep. But on July 11, at 5:00 am family members were shocked to find Gopi missing in the house. Family members started to search for Gopi and later found Gopi’s shawl and bangles on the Panemangaluru Bridge.
It is suspected that Gopi might have jumped from the bridge at Panemangaluru and committed suicide.
It is also learnt that Gopi had attempted suicide in the past. Bantwal Town police visited the spot for further investigations.
