7-year-old boy dies in Road Mishap
Uppinangady: A 7-year-old student died in the hospital after he was hit by a pick-up at Ramakunj Kundaje here on December 12.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Aphil (7), son of Ibrahim Musliyar and a resident of Kundaje.
According to the police, on December 11, Mohammed was on his way back home after attending the Madrasa. When he was walking towards his house a pick-up hit Mohammed, injuring him severely.
Mohammed was rushed to the hospital in Mangaluru where he was being treated. Unfortunately, Mohammed breathed his last in the hospital on December 12.
Kadaba police have registered the case.
