70-year-old man Dies of COVID-19 in DK
Mangaluru: A 70-year-old man died due to COVID-19 on June 23 taking the number of deaths to 9 in the Dakshina Kannada district.
According to sources, patient number 6282 was suffering from diabetes and pneumonia.
On June 7, the 70-year-old man had travelled from Bengaluru to Dakshina Kannada. On June 12, he was admitted to the hospital with Severe Acute Respiratory Infection and on June 23, he breathed his last without responding to treatment.
