75-Year-Old Woman, Relative Of COVID-19 Victim from Bantwal Tests Positive
Mangaluru: The report of a 75-year-old woman, a relative of the 50-year-old COVID-19 victim from Bantwal has tested positive for the disease.
On April 18, the 75-year-old woman from Bantwal suffered a stroke and was admitted to a private hospital. On April 22, she was shifted to the ICU at the Wenlock COVID Hospital. Her throat SWAB was sent for testing and she was tested positive for COVID-19.
She is a close relative of the 50-year-old woman who died on April 19 with COVID-19.
Now that the patient who tested positive had been admitted to the ICU of a private hospital before being shifted to the covid hospital wondering how many more will have to be tested and quarantined!
