75th Republic Day celebrated at St Aloysius Industrial Training Institute
Mangaluru: On January 26th, 2024 75th Republic Day was celebrated at 9 a.m. in the college premises. Sunil K S – Senior Operations Manager, Fiza by Nexus Mall, Mangaluru was the Chief Guest of the programme. Rev Fr John D’souza S J – Director was the President, Mr Roshan Dsouza – Principal, Mr Alwyn Menezes – Vice Principal, Mr Noel Lobo – Training Officer, Mr John Dsouza Convener of the programme were present. Staff members and students were present for the flag hoisting programme.
The flag was hoisted by the chief guest and everyone sang the national anthem. Mr Mahesha, Student of AC Technician Batch 1 welcomed the chief guest and the gathering. The preamble of the Indian Constitution was led by Mr Abhay, a student of AC Technician Batch 1. The students of AC Technician Batch 1 sang a patriotic song.
The chief guest addressed the gathering with a short message saying, “I am very happy to be the chief guest of today’s programme. Students attend training at Fiza by Nexus Mall and I am very happy that St Aloysius ITI is a part of our team. Students who come to the training ask questions with curiosity, curiosity makes us learn more.”
Hisham Mohammad – a student of AC Technician Batch 1, proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Gururaj – a student of AC Technician Batch 1.
