79 including 75 Saudi Returnees Test Positive for Coronavirus, Takes DK Tally to 370
Mangaluru: Amid rising Coronavirus infections, International and domestic returnees continued to form the bulk of cases in Dakshina Kannada as 79 new positive cases taken the district’s tally to 370 on June 16.
According to the state health bulletin, 79 Coronavirus positive cases have been reported in Dakshina Kannada on June 16.
Out of the 79 positive cases, seventy-five persons had returned from Saudi Arabia, and five persons had travelled from Maharastra.
All the 79 persons have been shifted to the designated COVID hospital in Mangaluru for further treatment.
