84 Persons Test Positive For Coronavirus In Udupi District
Udupi: 84 Coronavirus positive cases have been reported in Udupi district on July 17, taking the total number of positive cases to 1979.
All the 84 persons are shifted to the designated COVID hospital for further treatment.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 429. So far, 1543 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and eight persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district. Results of 414 swab samples are awaited.
