I feel very proud of my son, Thumbay Moideen for his tremendous achievements in his endeavours in a very short period of time. It was the will of Allah and the dreams of my son, that GMU has reached greater heights and attained success in all their undertakings. God willed…and it happened. Fifty years ago I started my small business-like a banyan tree which grows tall and big from a tiny seed, similarly, my business grew with my hard work, dedication and commitment and also with the support from my sons. My hard work and sacrifice towards my business have bear fruits and at this age, I am still happy that the Thumbay dynasty has reached greater heights and serving the community at its best. I end this with a quote, ‘I shall pass this way but once; any good that I can do or any kindness I can show to any human being; let me do it now. Let me not defer nor neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again’ by Etienne de Grellet. May God bless you and I thank you all for your blessings on me this day”
