ACB Police Raid Residence and Office of AE Mines & Geology
Mangaluru: The police from the Anti-corruption Bureau, simultaneously raided the residence and offices of AE Department of Mines and Geology Mangaluru for disproportionate assets, on June 12.
Mahadevappa has been working as an Assistant Engineer in the Department of Mines and geology in Mangaluru.
The police from the ACB raided the residence of the Mahadevappa in Sidedahalli, Bengaluru. His rented house at Kadri Kambla road, his native house in Holalkere Taluk, Chithradurga and his office in Mallikatta.
The raid was carried out under the able leadership of DSP DKPS Manjunath B Kauri, Police Inspector DKPS Halappa and PI Chikkamagaluru Jayaramegowda.
The ACB police have seized 3 houses, Rs 11 lakh cash and Gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 31.43 lakh from the bank locker.
A similar raid was conducted at AEE PWD, Joida Subdivision, Joida Uday D Chabbi’s residence and offices.
Only way to stop Corruption is what ACB has done. Illegal Sand Money,Illegal Stone Mining Money and other Illegal Income should be seized and send the Corrupt People to Jail for few years. That is the only answer.
