ACB raids Kundapur Asst Commissioner’s residence, Cash documents seized
Kundapur: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials led by DSP Manjunath raided the house of Assistant Commissioner Kundapur and seized Rs 1.28 lakh and other documents on Thursday, September 19.
According to the ACB officials, Assistant commissioner Dr Madhukeshwar was transferred two days ago and the new commissioner had taken charge. After the transfer Dr Madhukeshwar was clearing the files receiving bribe from the people at his government quarters. Acting on a tip-off the ACB DSP Manjunath and team raided his house while he was clearing the documents after receiving money.
The officials seized Rs 1.28 lakhs along with 23 files during the raid.
