Accused Aditya Rao Taken to Crime Spot at MIA for investigation
Mangaluru: The investigating team led by ACP Belliyappa took the accused Aditya Rao to the crime spot for investigations on January 24.
Criminal record holder Aditya Rao was arrested in Bengaluru on January 22 and brought to Mangaluru on the same day. On January 23 he was produced before the court where he was sent to Police Custody for 10 days.
On January 24, accused Aditya was taken to the crime spot by the investigating team.
Aditya Rao explained to the investigation team on how he had planted the explosive device in the Airport He also explained about his entry to the airport and showed the place where he had planted the explosive device. After placing the explosive at the Airport Aditya in a hurry fled by autorickshaw from the exit gate.
Later the team took Aditya to the Saloon where he had kept his other bag. He was taken to the Kudla restaurant and Karkala where he had worked before committing crime.
