Accused Kavith Poojary Absconding from One Year Arrested
Mangaluru: A man who was absconding from one year has been arrested by the Anti-rowdy Squad here on September 16.
The arrested has been identified as Kavith Poojary (29) from Thokkottu.
According to the police, Kavith was involved in 6 cases which were registered in the Ullal police station. In an attempt to murder case registered in the Ullal police station, Kavith was absconding without appearing before the court.
The court has issued a warrant on him and on September 16, the South Sub Division arrested Kavith and handed him over to the Ullal police for further investigations.
Under the direction of Police Commissioner Dr Harsha and under the guidance of DCP Law and Order Arungshu, DCP crime and traffic Lakshmi Ganesh and the leadership of ACP Kodandaram operation was carried out by the team of Mangaluru South Sub Division Anti Rowdy squad.
