Air India apologizes to a passenger who got a roach in meal
Bengaluru: National carrier Air India has apologised for an incident three days ago when a passenger on a Bhopal-Mumbai flight found a cockroach in his in-flight meal.
On Feb 2, Manoj Khanekar found a cockroach in his meal which he ordered during his flight to Mumbai. Upon opening the food, he found a dead cockroach in it and quickly took to Twitter to express his disappointment.
In a response to Manij Kahndekar’s tweet showing the cockroach in his meal, Air India tweeted a reply, saying, We sincerely apologise for the incident where our valued pax (passenger) had a disappointing experience with the meal served on board our Bhopal-Mumbai flight. Air India always endeavors to ensure our pax enjoy our services”
