AJIMS Felicitates Dr Santosh T Soans and Dr Dinesh Kadam
Mangaluru: Dr. A.J. Shetty; Managing Director and Management & Staff of A.J. Group of Institutions had organized a felicitation event for Prof. Dr. Santosh T. Soans for being elected as President Elect: Indian Academy of Paediatrics and Prof. Dr. Dinesh Kadam for being elected as President Elect: Society for Wound Care & Research on November 9th, 2016 at the Auditorium – II of A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre. The event was presided over by the Dr. A.J. Shetty, President of Laxmi Memorial Education Trust and Founder, A.J. Group of Institutions. Professor (Dr) Ashok Hegde, Dean, A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre welcomed the august gathering and congratulated both the achievers.
Dean Hegde elaborated the gathering about his long association with both Dr. Soans and Dr. Kadam and what he envisaged in them that propelled them to the pinnacle of their administrative abilities. Dr. Prashanth Marla, Medical Director, A.J. Hospital & Research Centre addressed the gathering and praised the exemplary achievements of both Dr. Soans and Dr. Kadam and wished that they be showered with many more such laurel which will not only make them proud and also the people associated with them. Former Dean, Professor (Dr) M. Ramesh Pai, praised the dedication and perseverance of both the achievers which is culminated in such a coveted post.
President of Laxmi Memorial Education Trust and patriarch of A.J. Group of Institutions, the charismatic Dr. A.J. Shetty, delivered the presidential address and praised the efforts of Dr. Soans and Dr. Kadam in serving the humanity. He stressed on the fact that the sincere efforts of both the achievers had thrust them to achieve incredible credentials both professionally and administratively. Dr. A.J. Shetty enthused the congregation of Medical Professionals gathered there to serve the mankind selflessly and make this world free from disease and sufferings. Mr. Prashanth Shetty, Vice President of Laxmi Memorial Education Trust, graced the occasion.
