AJIMS Observes World Asthama Day
Mangaluru: To mark the World Asthama Day with a theme of ‘Never too Early Never too late, It’s always right time to address airway disease’, an awareness programme was held at AJIMS hospital on May 2.
The programme began with an invocation by Dr Anne. Dr Pooja welcomed the gathering. Dr Ashok Hegde DEAN, AJIMS was the chief guest of the programme.
Dr Santosh T Soans Professor and Head of the Paediatric department AJIMS, President of IAP, Medical superintendent Dr Satchidananda, Dr Devdas rai Professor of General medicine AJIMS, and Dayanand Administrative officer also graced the event.
An asthma awareness skit was presented by the doctors of AJIMS. The programme was hosted by Dr Swetha post graduate from the paediatric department.
