Anil Lobo Takes Charge as Chairman of MCC Bank 

Mangaluru: The newly elected Chairman of MCC Bank Anil Lobo took charge on August 29 at the Bank premises.

The election for various posts was conducted by Manjunath. Later the newly elected directors expressed their views and vision of the bank. One of the newly elected directors Herold Monteiro’s birthday was celebrated by cutting the cake.

Addressing the mediapersons Chairman of MCC Bank Anil Lobo said, “The MCC Bank has 106 years of history and the bank has 16 branches in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district. The elections were held on August 26 and a 13 member team including 2 women won the elections. I would like to thank all the members of the bank who cast their valuable votes for my team.”

Anil Lobo further said, “During the elections in our election manifesto we had assured of starting a regional branch in Udupi. I will fulfill all the promises made during the elections. During the five years of my tenure, I will try to develop the bank. My intention is to open more branches in Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts so that the youth will get employment. We will increase the ATM facilities, at present we have only one ATM kiosk in our main branch soon four more ATM Kiosks will be installed. Technical training will be given to all the staff of the bank and CSR programmes will be held for the development of the community.”

There is a fertile land for development in Udupi Diocese. I hope MCC bank will see beyond Mangalore. First time two directors and one office bearers from Udupi. All the best and God bless. Let next election be unanimous.
