Assumption Sodality of Cascia unit celebrates Annual Day
Mangaluru: Assumption Sodality of Cascia unit celebrated their Annual Day on Thursday, 15th August 2019 at St. Rita Church, Cascia on the occasion of the feast of Assumption of Our Lady.
All sodality members gathered together and offered a solemn thanksgiving mass at 8 am by taking an active part in the Holy Eucharistic celebration and the liturgy whole heartedly. After the mass, Sodality members had a get together in the church hall. Gulobi Tauro – Prefect, welcomed the guests and the gathering. Jacintha D’Souza placed a brief report of the activities performed during the year. Fr Harold Mascarenhas – Parish Priest, St. Rita Church Cascia presided and addressed during the occasion and congratulated all for taking active part in the church activities. Games were conducted and breakfast was served to all at the end of the programme. Jane Pinto compered the programme.
