After 14 days, he was spotted in a railway station in Maharashtra by some persons known to him who had read about his disappearance earlier. They informed his family members. K V Ilyas, a relative from Valachil near Mangaluru went to Mumbai and escorted him back to his native village.
Ever since, he stayed with his mother’s house in Karpadi. On April 9 he left the house on the pretext of going to the Barya panchayat office to get an Aadhaar card done but did not return thereafter.
A complaint has been filed in Punjalakatte police station. He stands 5’5″ tall, has a longish face and fair complexion and speaks Kanndad, Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam and English.
