Bantwal: Mohammed Mustafa (28), son of the late Abdul Ghani fro Parlia near B C Road, has died in a tragic road mishap that took place near Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman on Thursday evening.
He was employed in a hospital in Muscat. He had come down on holidays about six months ago and gone back.
On the fateful day, he was travelling in a car in the company of an Omani and a Bangladeshi on official work. A collision between a taxi and the car resulted in the death of all the three, said family sources.
The story of the family is quite heart-rending. His father Abdul Ghani had died three months ago and his elder brother had died of illness five years ago. That has left only his mother and sister at home, with no breadwinners or support.
According to last reports received, it has been decided to have Mustafa’s final rites in Muscat.
