Sullia: Arpit, a student of I BCom at the Government First-grade College here, died in a collision of bike and a Tata Ace vehicle at Morangallu in Aletty village in the taluk on Tuesday night.

He and his classmate Dushyant were on their way to view a ‘kaliyata’ programme being held in Kolchar. As they reached Morangallu, the vehicle from the opposite direction, had a head-on collision with the bike.
Arpit, who had been critically injured is said to have died on the way to a hospital in Mangaluru. Dushyant is being treated in KVG hospital in Sullia.
