Bhaskar Shetty Murder: Court issues NB warrant against Srinivas and Raghavendra
Udupi: The chief judicial magistrate on Wednesday, November 16 issued a non-bailable warrant against Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra in the Hotelier Bhaskar Shetty Murder case for failing to attend before the court.
The prime accused in Bhaskar Shetty murder case Rajeshwari Shetty, Navaneeth and Niranjan Bhat were produced before the court on Wednesday. Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra who had helped to destroy the evidence failed to attend the court proceedings.
The additional chief magistrate issued a non-bailable warrant against Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra and also extended judicial custody of Rajeshwari Shetty, Navaneeth and Niranjan Bhat till November 30.
Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra were granted conditional bail on October 1, they were accused of destroying the evidence in the murder. The court had ordered them to attend the court regularly without fail.
