Bhaskar Shetty Murder: District Court rejects bail plea of Rajeshwari
Udupi: The Udupi district and session court on Wednesday, December 28, rejected the bail application moved by Rajeshwari Shetty accused in the Hotelier Bhaskar Shetty Murder case.
On behalf of accused Rajeshwari Shetty, the bail application was submitted by her advocate Arun Kumar. The government special prosecutor Shantharam Shetty argued on the bail application.
After the completion of the investigation and hearing, the district session court Judge had postponed the order to December 28.
On December 28, the district session court Judge passed the order and rejected the bail application after observing the given background of the accused that there were strong possibilities of interfering and obstructing the investigation into the murder case.
