Los Angeles, Feb 26 (IANS) Actor Billy Zane says he feels “proud” of his former fiancee Kelly Brook, after she landed her role on Ellen DeGeneres’ new American sitcom “One Big Happy”.
“I feel incredibly proud. I always knew she had a knack for comedy,” The Sun newspaper quoted Zane as saying, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“It is nice to see she is well within her sweet spot right now. I think the audiences will be thoroughly charmed,” he added.
The duo got engaged after meeting on the set of the film “Survival Island”, but called time on their relationship after four years in 2008.
